My name is Jackie Mock, lead attorney at Mock Legal Solutions. I’m a mom and a wife. I crochet, play the piano, and love being a lawyer. I’ve been in this profession for more than 11 years and recently opened my own firm to serve clients on a more personal level. I believe in work-life balance, so you will never be just another file in a high-volume firm.
I’m passionate about helping families resolve legal issues and see through to the other side of difficult situations. I understand that if you’re in my office, it’s not your best day. You need someone to listen and take action on your behalf. I’m here to do just that. When you’re my client, you are important to me. Your case file is in my hands and on my mind.
So often in litigation, particularly family law cases, one side has a tremendous advantage because they have more money to spend on a lawyer. This can lead to unfair results. Our firm is designed to level the playing field by offering low, flat fees. This business model gives us no incentive to draw your case out for months or years. We handle your case efficiently, fervently, and personally to seek results in your favor.
Our affordable and transparent pricing means your opponent can’t just outspend you.
You talk to an actual lawyer, not a gatekeeper or assistant.
We understand you have to work, so we will meet when and where it’s easiest for you.
While we can’t guarantee what a judge or mediator will do, we can promise to work hard to zealously represent you and get your case resolved.
